Our PLD program is designed to help participants develop a new mindset as a leader. The objective is to provide individuals with practical knowledge and people skills they can use immediately to be more effective at leading a group of people.
We improve upon traditional learning and training techniques by breaking concepts down into short sessions that are fun, informative, and easy to allocate time for.
Our Foundational Course provides individuals with the fundamentals, along with a solid foundation to continue developing their leadership skills upon.

- Accountability buddies assigned – to assure effort is made between sessions.

Session Format
- Video Conferencing – via Zoom
- 16 Week curriculum
- Sessions 1 day per week.
- New topic every 2 weeks:
- 1.5 hr sessions (first week)
- reinforced with 30min refresher (the following week).
- Open discussions – students are encouraged to share thoughts, stories and experiences
- Concepts are mastered by students applying [and experimenting with] the knowledge at work between sessions.

Our Foundational Course is designed to provide individuals with a solid foundation to begin building their leadership upon. This course instills a new mindset, and provides some practical knowledge and people skills required for participants to begin their leader development.
