Our PLD program is designed to help participants develop a new mindset as a leader. The objective is to provide individuals with practical knowledge and people skills they can use immediately to be more effective at leading a group of people.

We improve upon traditional learning and training techniques by breaking concepts down into short sessions that are fun, informative, and easy to allocate time for.

Our Foundational Course provides individuals with the fundamentals, along with a solid foundation to continue developing their leadership skills upon.

  • Open discussion format – promotes a deeper understanding of concepts.
  • Grouped with peers to create a safe environment. Share session with people you relate with.
  • Manageable time investment. 1 session per week, plus practice.
  • Two weeks per topic allows attendees ample time to apply concepts at work and reinforce what’s learned.
  • Accountability buddies assigned – to assure effort is made between sessions.
  • Continuous support from PLD advisors.

Session Format

  • Video Conferencing – via Zoom
  • 16 Week curriculum
  • Sessions 1 day per week.
  • New topic every 2 weeks:
    • 1.5 hr sessions (first week)
    • reinforced with 30min refresher (the following week).
  • Open discussions – students are encouraged to share thoughts, stories and experiences
  • Concepts are mastered by students applying [and experimenting with] the knowledge at work between sessions.
